Our Next Event
Engaging in regular physical activity can enhance sleep quality, mood, and self-esteem while reducing stress and anxiety.
We've partnered with Run the Rec: 5K, located in Lower Kingswood, Surrey, to organise our first fundraiser: Mind Over Miles. It will be held on Father's Day (16th June) from 9am to 11am.
It's free to participate, and any donations at the events are more than welcome!
